Hi! I’m Laura, the showroom manager at Donia & Associates, and my top priority is making sure our customers get exactly what they need—fast. Whether it’s a sample, a quick quote, or a little extra support, I’m here to help make the process smooth and stress-free.

Before joining Donia, I wore many hats—from Costume Assistant at Sight and Sound Theater to working in Participant Education at Vanguard to homeschooling my four children for 13 years. But no matter the role, one thing has always been at the heart of my work: customer service.

 

My goal? To be the best customer service rep on the East Coast!

When I’m not helping clients, I love traveling with my husband—whether it’s by car or plane, I’m always up for a new adventure. One day, I hope to visit the Fairy Chimneys of Cappadocia, Turkey!
